  2. in the case of personal data processed in connection with the conclusion and performance of a contract relating to the use of services or products offered by us – we will process such data for the duration of the performance of the contract and until the statute of limitations of actual or potential claims arising from the contract, provided that the data are necessary to establish, assert or defend claims in judicial, administrative or other out-of-court proceedings (under current law, the general statute of limitations for claims is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims relating to the conduct of business activity – 3 years);

  4. in the case of personal data processed for tax and accounting purposes, to the extent and for the duration required by applicable regulations.

11. What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?

 

  1. Right to object to the use of your data
    According to Article 21 of the GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the use of your personal data, including profiling, if “B2B Sales Freelancer” processes your personal data based on its legitimate interest. If your objection proves to be valid and “B2B Sales Freelancer” has no other legal basis for processing your personal data, “B2B Sales Freelancer” will delete your data to which you have objected.
